After the door curtain is closed, the fast door can realize the sealing of the top of the profile because the system shaft is close to the wall, which greatly improves the anti-prying effect and enhances the wind resistance.

The top of the curtain takes up less space, the spindle installation height of the quick door can be reduced, and the number of profiles required is relatively reduced, which can effectively reduce costs.

When the motor drives the reel to rotate, relying on the inertia of the forward rotation power, the entire reel system runs freely in the two sliding grooves of the rolling support. When opened, the reel is away from the wall, and the profile roll diameter increases; When closed, the reel runs closer to the wall and the roll diameter is reduced. Due to the free operation, when the wind acts on the door profile, the top of the profile is easy to stay away from the wall, and a gap appears, and a lintel with a sealing wool strip should be installed at the top of the guide rail to increase the tightness.

Optional when no wind pressure is required. There are few driven rolling support parts and the structure is simple, reflecting better economy.

The reel position of the traditional roller shutter door remains unchanged, the profile is easy to bend, and the fast roller shutter door is easy to cause bow-shaped gaps, and cause more friction and wear at the upper end of the guide rail, with high noise and large headspace. After the European composite roller shutter door is installed with rolling support, the gap between the roller shutter door and the beam is reduced, so that the door body and the building structure are closer together, the effective sealing between the profile and the top is improved, and the wear and friction of the profile are also reduced, so that the door maintains a good appearance; Low noise, more quiet operation of the profile; Saves space for top installation.
