2. Determination of insulation resistance between DC motor casing and windings by windings.
3. Determination of winding DC motor resistance.
4. Adjust the position of the brush neutral.
5. Under conditions, do the withstand voltage test of each winding, each winding and commutator on the casing.
6. No-load test, no spark between brush and commutator.
